A CONEJO VALLEY CHARITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL
VENDOR GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION
Thank you for participating in the 2nd Annual Conejo Uncorked Wine and Gourmet Food Festival hosted by Kiwanis of Conejo Valley! We’re excited that you’re joining us at Conejo Uncorked and we’d like to help you get the most out of your investment! In addition to the great exposure at the event, each vendor will receive recognition in all ConejoUncorked promotional materials including the website, mailings, social media and ticket sales leading up to the event. All vendors will also receive event flyers and a mounted display with easel to promote your participation.

The packet includes important information for the event. All packets should be completed and returned by September 1, 2017.
We have the Gardens at Los Robles Greens area reserved beginning at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 13, 2017.
When you arrive to the site, our Kiwanis of Conejo Valley members will be happy to help you unload, set up and assist you with anything you need. They will also be able to assist you in locating your designated location for the event. **Please note that there is no parking on the grass after unloading. Please park in the designated parking lot.
We urge you to arrive at least one hour prior to the event starting (4:00 PM). This is to ensure you have sufficient time for your set-up and preparation of your food or wine.
Each vendor will be provided:
- One (1) six-foot table to form your booth
- One (1) black linen for the table
- Two (2) chairs (vendors at bar locations will have one (1) chair)
- Safety pins
The table will be set-up so that the table is in front to serve from. You may bring an additional 6' table if needed. If you need more than the two chairs provided, please indicate that on your checklist. You may also bring a pop-up tent (no larger than 10' x 10'). If you have banner, you could attach it to the front on your booth/table with the safety pins provided.
